# Shipping & Delivery Policy

At **Adiib**, every order represents more than a transaction. Our products are carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before leaving our workshop so that they arrive at your door in the condition we intended.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through **adiib.art** are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
## 1. Order Processing
Once your order has been successfully placed and confirmed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch.
Each product is carefully inspected before shipment. Our quality-control process includes checking the condition, finish, stitching, presentation, and overall appearance of the item before it is securely packaged.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within **1 to 2 business days**, excluding weekends and Moroccan national holidays.
Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the available tracking information by email, SMS, or another contact method provided when placing your order.
Processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of exceptionally high demand, promotional campaigns, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
## 2. Shipping Within Morocco
Adiib currently offers delivery throughout the **Kingdom of Morocco**.
### Shipping Cost
We currently offer **Free Standard Premium Shipping** for orders delivered within Morocco, unless otherwise indicated at checkout or during a specific promotional campaign.
### Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, domestic orders are generally expected to arrive within approximately **1 to 3 business days**.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, exceptional circumstances, and other factors outside Adiib's direct control.
### Cash on Delivery
For eligible Moroccan orders, Adiib may offer **Cash on Delivery (COD)**.
Customers choosing COD are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and remaining available to receive the shipment. Where applicable, customers should have the exact amount of the order ready for the courier.
Our delivery partners may make up to **two delivery attempts**.
Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD orders may affect the availability of COD for future purchases.
## 3. International Shipping
Adiib welcomes customers from outside Morocco and may ship internationally to eligible destinations.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors including the destination, selected carrier, package characteristics, and applicable shipping rates.
### Estimated Delivery Time
International orders are generally shipped using expedited courier services and are estimated to arrive within approximately **1 to 5 business days after dispatch**, depending on the destination and carrier.
These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside Adiib's control.
### Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Adiib operates from **Casablanca, Morocco**.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country or its authorities, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Adiib does not control the customs policies of individual countries and cannot guarantee that an international shipment will be cleared within a specific timeframe.
Any delay resulting from customs inspection or clearance is outside Adiib's reasonable control.
## 4. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be communicated to the customer after the order has been dispatched.
Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment using the tracking information provided.
Adiib cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incorrect, the customer refused the shipment, applicable customs charges were not paid, or the customer failed to collect the package, additional shipping or return costs may apply.
Where permitted by applicable law and communicated to the customer, a **15% restocking fee** may also apply to returned undeliverable orders.
## 5. Delivery Issues
If your package appears to be damaged upon delivery, we recommend notifying the delivery carrier immediately and contacting Adiib as soon as reasonably possible.
If you receive an incorrect product or believe your product arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team promptly and provide photographs and your order information so that our team can investigate the matter.
## 6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Adiib is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, strikes, customs delays, governmental restrictions, technical disruptions, or other exceptional events.
Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and provide available information regarding the shipment.
