These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of **adiib.art** and purchases made through the Adiib online store.

Adiib is a brand specializing in carefully selected and crafted leather goods.

Variations in grain, texture, tone, and natural markings may therefore occur from one product to another. Such variations can be a natural characteristic of leather rather than evidence of a manufacturing defect.

Adiib reserves the right to correct pricing, description, availability, or other website errors.
If an order is affected by a significant error, we may contact the customer to provide the available options or cancel the affected order and issue any applicable refund.

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
Adiib reserves the right to decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, inventory errors, pricing errors, or unusual purchasing activity.
For COD orders, confirmation of the order may be required before fulfillment.

All content appearing on adiib.art, including but not limited to:
- The **Adiib** name;
- The Arabic brand name **أديب**;
- Logos and visual identity;
- Product photography;
- Text and written content;
- Graphics and illustrations;
- Website design;
- Product presentation;
- Original creative materials;
is owned by or licensed to Adiib and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, exploit, or commercially use Adiib's intellectual property without prior written authorization.

Adiib may use third-party services to support payment processing, shipping, analytics, communications, advertising, website functionality, and other business operations.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the **Kingdom of Morocco**, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable to the customer.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable Moroccan law.
## 11. Changes to These Terms
Adiib may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date.
